Conditions of Use
Items include a business card. If you are happy with your purchase please tell your friends and pass on the card.
Ordering process
When I get your order I will send you an email confirmation.
If there is likely to be any delay I will let you know as soon as possible.
If there is a delay and you would rather have a refund than wait that is fine.
If you are having difficulty ordering, or have ordered in error please email info@jamsponge.co.uk
Postage
£1 for 1 set of sponges
£2.95 for 2-4 sets of sponges
£3.95 for 5+ sets of sponges
Orders will be processed within 7 working days (except during a holiday period of which you will be notified)
Returns and cancellation rights
If you are unhappy with your purchase or you change your mind you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange provided it has not be used.
Please send returns back second class.
