Conditions of Use
Items include a business card, flyer and stickers. If you are happy with your purchase please tell your friends and pass on the card. Stick the stickers in a public loo somewhere to spread the word about Jam Sponge!
Ordering process
When I get your order I will send you an email confirmation.
If there is likely to be any delay I will let you know as soon as possible.
If there is a delay and you would rather have a refund than wait that is fine.

Returns and cancellation rights
If you are unhappy with your purchase or you change your mind you can return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange provided it has not been opened.
Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot exchange/refund opened packs of Jam Sponges.
Please send returns back second class.
